 I am  committed to ensuring your privacy is protected.  Should I ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this statement.

This information will be collected for the purposes of processing your order and communicating with you about your purchase to ensure I better understand your needs and provide you with the best possible service. 

I may periodically send promotional emails and other information I think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.

Security

I am committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, I have put in place suitable electronic managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information I collect online.

Controlling your personal information

If you have previously agreed to my using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by emailing me at wells.hilary@gmail.com.   I will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless required by law to do so.  You may request details of personal information which I hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. 

Payment and postage

• Payments will be arranged with me off line via direct bank transfer.
• Orders are posted within 5 business days after the date of received payment.  
• The postage charge stated when you place your order applies to UK orders only.  
• For international destinations, I will liaise with you via email regarding costs and delivery arrangements.  

Shipping

• All drawings and paintings are carefully packed and posted to the address you provide via Royal Mail's 48 hour tracked service and will require a signature upon delivery.  
• Should any issues with postage  arise, I will work very closely with you and Royal Mail to resolved them quickly as possible.
• All artworks are insured for retail value.  
• Works on paper are rolled and posted in a protective tube.

Damages

• In the unlikely event that your order arrives damage, please let me know about the situation.
• Please send photos immediately and be sure to save all packaging.  I will work closely with you to resolve this. 

Returns

• I want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so I do accept returns or exchanges.  
• Again, please liaise with me via email to make arrangements. 
• Artworks must be returned in the same condition with original packaging. 
• The buyer is responsible for return postage and insurance.

Other

• All artworks are unframed.  
• I can provide additional  photographs of specific artworks on request. 
• A reminder that your computer screen may not display the exact original color of the artwork and slight variations in color may occur.  If you have any questions about colors, please email me before purchasing.
• Some artworks on paper have been cropped for photographic display purposes.  The original pieces can be cropped and framed according to your own preferences.
